1. Refund Policy

We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
  • Refunds will only be issued for services not yet processed or submitted to the respective freezone.
  • All refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable fees from the freezone, service fees, or payment fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request via email to setup@freeezone.com.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review the request and process the refund within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for services already submitted to the freezone authorities.
  • Changes in freezone fees or regulations after payment will not be eligible for a refund.
